when I was in college, my roommate used to make this A LOT. It's easy, quick and usually stuff you have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 4 T Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic - I use more = )
  • 2 cans clams
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 3/4 tsp basil
  • 2 Tbls flour - or bisquick
  • 1 Tbls parsley
  • Linguini

Directions
  1. Melt butter in skillit and add garlic - cook about 2 min, stirring constantly. Add canned clams, juice and all. Add flour and mix to thicken. Add remaining spices, bring to boil and then reduce to simmer.
  2. Cook pasta while the sauce simmers and the flavors can mix.
