I had to come back to tell you that I made this. The recipe didn't call for any sugar, but I added some brown sugar to mine. I also covered the kugel with foil during baking, since the noodles were on top without any sauce, so not to dry them out. It came out great, we all enjoyed it! Thanks again for a wonderful recipe!
