This sounds strange but I love coming up with crazy ways to blend foods I love! Not only did my husband and I like it but our 3yo has asked for it 4more times since I made it!

Ingredients
  • 1 box Annie's Naturals cheddar mac
  • 1- 1.5 inch long "strip" of tube wasabi
  • 3 "logs" of k-rab or equiv. of real crab
  • 1 sheet toasted nori shredded
  • 1/3c milk
  • 2T butter

Directions
  1. Boil water and cook mac
  2. prepare cheese sauce as per package directions
  3. add wasabi into cheese sauce
  4. after draining the mac add the butter into the hot pan and let melt before adding the mac in
  5. stir mac to coat with butter
  6. add in cheese/wasabi sauce and mix thoroughly
  7. chop k-rab into lengthwise quarters and then into bite-size pieces
  8. add k-rab and nori and mix together
  9. scarf it down! yummm
  10. you could also add any other sushi fixins you like - salmon, tobiko, chunks of avocado, finely shredded carrot....
