Sushi Mac Recipe

How to make it

  • Boil water and cook mac
  • prepare cheese sauce as per package directions
  • add wasabi into cheese sauce
  • after draining the mac add the butter into the hot pan and let melt before adding the mac in
  • stir mac to coat with butter
  • add in cheese/wasabi sauce and mix thoroughly
  • chop k-rab into lengthwise quarters and then into bite-size pieces
  • add k-rab and nori and mix together
  • scarf it down! yummm
  • you could also add any other sushi fixins you like - salmon, tobiko, chunks of avocado, finely shredded carrot....

    This is my type of recipe! (i love fusion recipes) Had this last night. I used white cheddar macaroni cheese. I flaked the fake crab and mixed it in and then also saved some to put on top. Minced scallion/green onion topped each bowl when I served it. It was FANTASTIC! :) HIGH FIVE!
