Zucchini Parmesan

- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef shopping list
- 1, 26 oz can, favorite sphaghetti or tomato sauce shopping list
- 6 1/2 cups sliced 1/2 inch thick zuchinni- about 4 medium shopping list
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- italian seasoning to taste shopping list
- fresh basil leaves for garnish shopping list
- Additional tomato sauce for topping pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Cook ground beef in skillet and drain off fat.
- Add the tomatoe sauce and seasoning to taste
- In a 3 qt baking dish layer zucchini, half the meat sauce mixture and half the cheeses
- Repeat layers but leave out the remaining mozzarella cheese
- Cover and bake 350F about 45 minutes.
- Uncover, add the remaining mozarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Garnish each piece with additional sauce and basil leaves
