Easy and delicious side dish. My kids actually eat broccoli when I make this!

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 4 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ritz crackers, crushed (sometimes I use a buttery cracker such as Keebler Club Crackers)
  • Topping:
  • 6 ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients except topping.
  3. Pour into lightly grased casserole dish.
  4. Combine topping ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
