Gluten Free Creamy Clam Chowder

- 2 6 oz cans chopped clams shopping list
- 2 cups chopped potatoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 11/2 cups sliced carrots shopping list
- 3/4 cup rice flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 quart half and half shopping list
- sea salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put vegetables in saucepan, drain clam juice over veggies and then just cover veggies with water
- simmer until potaotes are tender
- In large pan melt butter blend in rice flour
- simmer for 2 minutes stiring constantly
- add half and half bring to boil stiring constantly
- Add veggies liquid and all
- add clams
- add seasonings
- heat and serve
