How to make it

  • Put vegetables in saucepan, drain clam juice over veggies and then just cover veggies with water
  • simmer until potaotes are tender
  • In large pan melt butter blend in rice flour
  • simmer for 2 minutes stiring constantly
  • add half and half bring to boil stiring constantly
  • Add veggies liquid and all
  • add clams
  • add seasonings
  • heat and serve
