  • Lettuce leaves to serve on
  • Cook pasta according to package directions then drain well and toss with French dressing.
  • Allow to cool then drain and flake salmon.
  • Add to pasta with green onions, sliced bell pepper and cilantro.
  • Whisk together lime juice and grated rind, mayonnaise, sour cream and tomato paste.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined then toss pasta with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and chill then right before serving gently toss avocados into salad.
  • Spoon salad onto a bed of lettuce leaves then sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
