How to make it

  • Broil peppers on baking sheet turning frequently until skin is evenly charred.
  • Place peppers in plastic bag for cooling.
  • When cooled peel skin from peppers and remove seeds.
  • Blend cranberries, orange juice and sugar then transfer mixture to pan.
  • Add remaining ingredients stirring well.
  • All to stand at last 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend then warm sauce over low heat.
  • This goes great with steak, pork or roasted chicken.
