Garlic Roasted Turkey Breast

- About a 3 lb. turkey breast shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced or more if you're a garlic lover shopping list
- 2 lemons one sliced into 6 or 8 slices shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- With your fingers starting at narrow end of breast, carefully lift skin to form a pocket, leaving skin on sides attached.
- Spread garlic under skin.
- Place slices of lemon in a single layer over garlic under skin.
- Secure ends of skin with tooth picks if necessary.
- Squeeze one tbsp. of juice from second lemon. Combine with melted butter and salt for baste.
- In foil - lined baking pan, place Turkey breast, skin side up. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until skin is brown. Some cooking times may vary around 3 hours depending on size of breast.
