Garlic Roasted Turkey Breast Recipe
This is so aromatic and tasty, it is my favorite preparation for Turkey.

Ingredients
  • About a 3 lb. Turkey breast
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced or more if you're a garlic lover
  • 2 lemons one sliced into 6 or 8 slices
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. With your fingers starting at narrow end of breast, carefully lift skin to form a pocket, leaving skin on sides attached.
  2. Spread garlic under skin.
  3. Place slices of lemon in a single layer over garlic under skin.
  4. Secure ends of skin with tooth picks if necessary.
  5. Squeeze one tbsp. of juice from second lemon. Combine with melted butter and salt for baste.
  6. In foil - lined baking pan, place Turkey breast, skin side up. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until skin is brown. Some cooking times may vary around 3 hours depending on size of breast.
