How to make it

  • With your fingers starting at narrow end of breast, carefully lift skin to form a pocket, leaving skin on sides attached.
  • Spread garlic under skin.
  • Place slices of lemon in a single layer over garlic under skin.
  • Secure ends of skin with tooth picks if necessary.
  • Squeeze one tbsp. of juice from second lemon. Combine with melted butter and salt for baste.
  • In foil - lined baking pan, place Turkey breast, skin side up. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until skin is brown. Some cooking times may vary around 3 hours depending on size of breast.
