Ingredients
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced

Directions
  1. Mix together and divide into 12 muffin cups that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
