Pea Casserole

- 2-14.5 oz. cans of peas shopping list
- 2-10.5 oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup cubed Velveta cheese shopping list
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- I usually just mix this in the same Pyrex baking dish I am going to bake it in.
- Drain the peas before adding to dish. Add cream of mushroom soup, cheese and crackers. Mix well. You can add more cheese or crackers if desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.
