Chess Cake

This is a pastime favorite...It is sweet and rich so small portions work great and satisfy a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 stick oleo (southern for butter/margarine) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 8 oz cream cheese (softened) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 box confections sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the yellow cake mix, melted oleo, and egg place in the bottom of a pan.
- Beat together the topping ingred. and pour over top of cake mix.
- Bake 35 min in 350 oven
- Refrigerate
- Optional: you can add nuts to the topping mixture.
