This is a pastime favorite...It is sweet and rich so small portions work great and satisfy a sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo (southern for butter/margarine)
  • 1 egg
  • Topping:
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box confections sugar

Directions
  1. Mix together the yellow cake mix, melted oleo, and egg place in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Beat together the topping ingred. and pour over top of cake mix.
  3. Bake 35 min in 350 oven
  4. Refrigerate
  5. Optional: you can add nuts to the topping mixture.
