Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cuppepperidge farm stuffing, prepared as directed on package shopping list
How to make it
- mix milkand beef, divide into 4 patties,approx. 6 inch in diameter
- in center of each patty, place 1/4 cup of stuffing.
- mold the meat around the stuffing to form a ball
- place in an 8x8 inch pan, and add the soup
- bake at 350 degree for 1 hour, baste several times
