Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 cuppepperidge farm stuffing, prepared as directed on package

Directions
  1. mix milkand beef, divide into 4 patties,approx. 6 inch in diameter
  2. in center of each patty, place 1/4 cup of stuffing.
  3. mold the meat around the stuffing to form a ball
  4. place in an 8x8 inch pan, and add the soup
  5. bake at 350 degree for 1 hour, baste several times
