stuffed turkey burgers

if you love burgers youll love this recipe. my husband begs me to cook these for him!
Ingredients
How to make it
- when using turkey burger it is really lean so it doesn't stick together easily i use an egg to help
- mix the burger and egg together
- make 6 patties
- in the center of 3 of the patties put some diced roasted red pepper and some swiss cheese on
- lay remaining patties on top and pinch the sides together to seal them
- this is the tricky part getting them off the cutting board I use a spatula to help pick them up
- put some oil in a pan and cook them until their done
- we put ours on a bun with lettuce and mayo and it is delicious
- it is good stuffed with cheddar cheese too
