How to make it

  • On a skewer, thread end of a prosciutto slice, 1 mint leave, 1 piece of cantaloupe, 1 piece of honeydew, and another mint leave.
  • Weave prosciutto around melons and secure other end of slice onto the skewer
  • Repeat until ingredients are on skewers
  • Place on large serving plate
  • Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar
