Beef Stroggonoff

- 3 lbs. beef stewing meat shopping list
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup shopping list
- fresh or can mushrooms. If desired . (This is a great way to use those extra mushrooms in the fridge.) shopping list
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350T
- Trim fat and cut beef into 1 inch cubes and place in a oven proof roasted pan.
- Brown beef on medium heat over range top until seared.
- Combine both soups and wine.
- Bake covered at 35o for 1 1/2 hours Stirring once or twice.
- Continue baking another hour this time UNcovered.
- Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked noodles or steamed rice. The aroma will drive you and your dog nuts. This will reduce and make a nice full flavored gravy you will love. Enjoy.
