I'm not a huge fan of meatloaf, but this one kinda tastes like a cheesburger w/o bread!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • S & P
  • Garlic Powder
  • Worcestshire sauce
  • 2 Cup Chedder Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • Steakhouse Seasoning Blend
  • Handful bacon bits
  • Ketchup, if desired

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all ingredient except cheddar and ketchup.
  3. Flatten out meat mixture and score into 4 equal portions.
  4. Spray 2 small loaf pans with Pam.
  5. Place 1/4 of the meat mixture into a pan.
  6. Add 1 cup of cheddar.
  7. Top with another 1/4 of meat mixture.
  8. Top with ketchup if desired.
  9. Repeat process with second loaf pan.
  10. Bake for 45-60 mins, or until internal temperature reaches 180.
  11. Serve with ketchup.
