This is realy good, very rich flavors. The chicken is very tender and just melts in your mouth. Even though is has onions and peppers, this dish is not hot to taste. Enjoy :)

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs of chicken breast (boneless skinless breast strips)
  • 2 yellow onions cut in thin round slices
  • 1 bell pepper (green or red)- cut in thin strips, remove seeds
  • 2 aneheim peppers- cut in thin strips, remove seeds
  • 3/4 cup butter-melted
  • Lawreys Seasoning Salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. cut up onion is thin circlular slices.
  3. cut up peppers in thin long slices.
  4. melt your butter and add 1 teaspoon of lawreys seasoning salt to butter.
  5. In 9x13 pan put layer of onions down.
  6. Then put a layer of bell peppers and then a layer of aneheim peppers. Placing the peppers here and there onto of the onions.
  7. Pour 1/2 of the melted butter on top of your onion and peppers.
  8. Shake a thin sprinkle of Lawreys (maybe a 1 teaspoon) over the butter and onions and peppers.
  9. Place Chicken side by side on top of the onions and peppers.
  10. Put another layer of sliced onions, and peppers on top of chicken.
  11. Pour the remaining melted butter on top of everything.
  12. Sprinkle another 1 teaspoon of Lawreys on top.
  13. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. May need just an extra 10-15 min.
  14. It's done when the onions and peppers are very softly cooked.
  15. Enjoy.
