Aneheim Chicken

- 2 lbs of chicken breast (boneless skinless breast strips) shopping list
- 2 yellow onions cut in thin round slices shopping list
- 1 bell pepper (green or red)- cut in thin strips, remove seeds shopping list
- 2 aneheim peppers- cut in thin strips, remove seeds shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter-melted shopping list
- Lawreys seasoning salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- cut up onion is thin circlular slices.
- cut up peppers in thin long slices.
- melt your butter and add 1 teaspoon of lawreys seasoning salt to butter.
- In 9x13 pan put layer of onions down.
- Then put a layer of bell peppers and then a layer of aneheim peppers. Placing the peppers here and there onto of the onions.
- Pour 1/2 of the melted butter on top of your onion and peppers.
- Shake a thin sprinkle of Lawreys (maybe a 1 teaspoon) over the butter and onions and peppers.
- Place Chicken side by side on top of the onions and peppers.
- Put another layer of sliced onions, and peppers on top of chicken.
- Pour the remaining melted butter on top of everything.
- Sprinkle another 1 teaspoon of Lawreys on top.
- Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. May need just an extra 10-15 min.
- It's done when the onions and peppers are very softly cooked.
- Enjoy.
