Pickled Eggs

- 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled and peeled shopping list
- 3 (16 ounce) cans red beets shopping list
- 1 large onion, cut into rings shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 "beet cans" water shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar, to taste (I use less) shopping list
How to make it
- Place the hard-boiled eggs, the beets and the onion in a nonreactive container (gallon jar is great!).
- Add the vinegar, water and sugar, to taste.
- Refrigerate container.
- Allow eggs to sit until they are "cured".

These are the only kind of eggs that I will eat. They just don't like me, but that doesn't stop me from eating them anyway,LOL. I have never been able to get the recipe just right. I will try this recipe. Thank you!
