How to make it

  • Place the hard-boiled eggs, the beets and the onion in a nonreactive container (gallon jar is great!).
  • Add the vinegar, water and sugar, to taste.
  • Refrigerate container.
  • Allow eggs to sit until they are "cured".

    These are the only kind of eggs that I will eat. They just don't like me, but that doesn't stop me from eating them anyway,LOL. I have never been able to get the recipe just right. I will try this recipe. Thank you!
