Pickled Eggs Recipe

How to make it

  • Place the hard-boiled eggs, the beets and the onion in a nonreactive container (gallon jar is great!).
  • Add the vinegar, water and sugar, to taste.
  • Refrigerate container.
  • Allow eggs to sit until they are "cured".

    Oh my, yes! The very first of the holidays that just screams out for eggs in general and PICKLED eggs are eggs colored on their INSIDES! Enjoy, otter.

    These are the only kind of eggs that I will eat. They just don't like me, but that doesn't stop me from eating them anyway,LOL. I have never been able to get the recipe just right. I will try this recipe. Thank you!
