This dish is very easy to prepare after a hard day at work. One dish prep. with veggies and meat in one. This is good for people with SD.

Ingredients
  • 1 Small Head of Cabbage
  • 2 packages of mini smoked cocktail sausage
  • 5 medium carrotts
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 7 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • about 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Quarter cabbage
  2. slice carrotts, celery, onions
  3. quarter potatoes
  4. You can slice sausage
  5. Put all ingredents in an electric skillett.
  6. Put about 1 cup water on veggies an meat
  7. Put cover on electric skillett and let simmer for about 40 mins.
  8. Done when veggies are tender
