Pistachio Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix

1 large egg

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

few drops green food coloring (optional)

1 cup miniature semi sweet chocolate chips (or broken M&M's)

15 green or red candied cherries, cut in half (the ones u use in fruitcake)

Directions

Beat butter and pudding mix for 30 seconds.

Beat in egg until combined.

Add flour and soda and mix.

Stir in food coloring and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.

Press cherry half into top center of each cookie.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack.
