Ingredients
  • 1lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 onion chopped1tsp butter
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg brown gravy mixed by package directions
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 package instant mashed potatoes mixed by package directions

Directions
  1. Step 1:
  2. 1. Brown ground beef or ground turkey
  3. 2. saute onion
  4. 3. Mix ground beef, Sauteed onion, brown gravy and both cans of mixed vegetables put into 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Step 2:
  6. 4. Top with instant mashed potatoes
  7. Step 3:
  8. 5. Bake at 400F for 30 min
  9. Step 4:
  10. 6. Broil for 5 min to brown top.
  11. 7. Let sit for 5 min (serves four).
