This has a great flavor and is easy to make...hope you enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 shark steaks
  • MARINADE
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 x garlic clove minced
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbl olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steaks 1 to 3 hours before grilling.
  2. Once the grill is heated, cook the steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes each side, longer if needed.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
