Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1lb chicken breast

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 cup of pizza sauce

1 bottle of buffalo sauce (Texas Pete's or Hooters Mild is a very good for this recipe)

1 large pizza dough

1/4 cup of flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

First mix the pizza sauce and one quarter cup of buffalo sauce. (The more buffalo sauce you add the hotter the pizza will be so add to taste).

Next, cut up the chicken into small pieces and cook it in a small amount of buffalo sauce.

Stretch out the pizza dough and place it on a floured pizza pan.

Add the pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, chicken and mozzarella layered in that order on top of the dough.

Put it into a preheated oven for 15 min or until the crust turns golden brown.
