Broiled Pork Chops And Onions Recipe
Awesome awesome awesome. Pork and onions, does it get any better? Not according to my husband. He loves these. Hope you do too.

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 medium white onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 2 teaspoons butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Set oven control to broil.
  2. Place pork chops on rack in broiler pan then broil with tops 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn chops.
  4. Cut 1/4-inch slice from both ends of each onion.
  5. Cut onions crosswise into halves and place in broiler pan with pork.
  6. Sprinkle salt and sage over onions then broil until onions are light brown about 5 minutes.
  7. Turn onions and sprinkle with salt and sage and drizzle with butter.
  8. Broil 5 minutes longer then sprinkle salt and pepper over pork.
