Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 450
  • place your dough ina pizza pan or on a peel if using a stone
  • brush dough with olive oil
  • sprinkle with garlic, black pepper and oregano
  • put as many peppers on as you like
  • top with mozzerella
  • bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and dough is browned
  • enjoy

    My husband is from Ohio, I'll have to ask him if he heard of this recipe before. Love the banana pepppers in this! I actually thought it was "white" because you use alfredo sauce in place of marinara. Love the story behind this, too!
