How to make it

  • Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pat into the bottom of a rectangular baking pan then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • For filling beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy then beat in sugar and eggs.
  • Stir in juice then pour filling over hot crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes then cool.
  • For topping combine flour and sugar in a saucepan then stir in 1 cup reserved pineapple juice.
  • Bring to a boil stirring constantly then boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and fold in pineapple then cool.
  • Whip cream until stiff peaks form then fold into topping mixture.
  • Spread carefully over dessert then refrigerate 6 hours or overnight then garnish with strawberries.
