Leftovers are the main ingredients plus some large flour tortilla, burritto size!

My Favorite Leftover Turkey Sandwich Recipe

Using some "English Muffin Bread" or large English muffins, try making this simple sandwich with your leftovers.

First, spread each slice of bread or english muffin with a bit of mayo.

Spread a thin layer of mashed potatoes over both sides of the bread.

Then on one slice, add a thin layer of cranberry sauce, followed by a slice or two of your turkey and then press some of your stuffing over the turkey and cover with a crisp piece of lettuce. Cover with the remaining slice of bread and press down firmly on the top slice of bread. And eat!

Oh that leftover turkey just sitting in the refrigerator waiting for me to make my favorite sandwich! I don't use the mashed potatoes, but do use stuffing and maybe some bacon if it's laying around. Five for you.
