Mrs Bakers Old Fashion Brownies

Delicious Brownies Brownies should have a shiny top and fudge like center.
Ingredients
- 1 c. 2 Tbls, butter shopping list
- 6 squares unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 2 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 3/4 c. cake flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 c nuts - chopped (pecans or walnuts) shopping list
How to make it
- In a double boiler melt butter & chocolate together over hot water..
- Add sugar, eggs, & vanilla. Beat until well blended.
- Sift flour and salt together, mix with nuts.
- Mix flour mixture with chocolate.
- Pour into greased pan to 1/2" depth.
- Bake in slow oven 325 for 20-25 minutes
- While still warm cut into 2" squares.
