Grilled Chicken With Dijon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1/3 cup Dijon mustard

3 Tbsp dry white wine

2 Tbsp minced green onion

2 Tbsp minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 tsp finely grated lemon rind

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Stir together mayonnaise, Dijon, wine, onion, parsleyu and lemon rind. Set 1/2 cup aside for presentation; use remaining 1/2 cup for basting.

Lightly salt and pepper chicken and place on preheated greased grill. Cook over medium heat about 10 - 15 minutes, turning once. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush with Dijon sauce.

Pass remaining sauce with cooked chicken.
