Quick and Easy Pizza Sauce

Pizzas just love this sauce. Trust me! Makes enough for about three pizzas unless you like a lot of sauce. Of course, as with all good sauces, it does not suffer from freezing.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 6 ounces tomato paste shopping list
- 16 ounces tomato puree shopping list
- 1 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 2 teaspoon oregano OR to taste shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- Pinch crushed red pepper OR to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste.
- Mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Add puree.
- Mix well.
- Stir seasonings into sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Delicioso!
