Ingredients

Onion (chopped)

1/2 cup of bell pepper (chopped)

1/2 cup of celery (chopped)

4-6 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1 lbs. of stew meat

1 package of smoked sausage

1 package of bacon pieces (salad topping) or 1/2 lbs of bacon

2 packets of chili seasoning

1 packet of onion soup mix

2 cans of ro-tel

1 can of stewed tomatoes

1 can of chili beans

1 can of kidney beans

1 can of pinto beans

12 oz of tomato juice

2 beef bouillon cube

Directions

Marinate stew meat with one packet of chili seasoning and 4 oz of tomato juice for at least 4 hrs. (You do not need to this but oh how yummy if you do.)

Brown smoke sausage

Chop and saute onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.

Add ground beef and and stew meat.

Add all the other ingredients.

I use the tomato juice to add liquid to my chili.

Top with cheese, fritos and onions
