How to make it

  • Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C .
  • Line a swiss roll tin .
  • Beat the egg , sugar and essence until creamy .
  • Fold in the dry ing. along with the milk .
  • Pour in the tin and bake for 15 mins until the top springs back to your touch .
  • Roll the cake when its hot into a log .
  • In a bowl , place the chocolate and the whipping cream and heat in a microwave .
  • Let it stand for 5 mins and then beat .
  • Pour on the log .
  • Dust with icing sugar .
