Ingredients

3/4 lb lasagna noodles 12 oz

3 cups ricotta cheese

3 cups or 10 oz mozzorella , grated

2 eggs

4 cups good pasta sauce i have a recipe in my stuff that is the bomb

1/2 lb lean ground beef ground sirloin

1/2lb mild or hotitallion sausage bulk

3 large red bell peppers roastedan chopped

1/4 cup chopped flatleaf parsley

3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Directions

boil lasagna noodles till just al-denta...rinse in cold water, set aside

brown the ground beef and itallion sausage and drain....

mix the ground beef mixture with 3 cups of the pasta sauce and the roasted peppers..

beat the 2 eggs and combine with thericotta and 2 cups of mozzarella in a 13x9x2.dish layer the ingredients in the following order....

3/4 cup sauce mixture..1/3 of the noodles 1/2 the cheese an egg mixture. the last layer should be topped with 1 cup mozzarella, sauce,parmessan cheese and parsley

bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes

let stand 10 minutes serve hot
