  • *French*
  • ------------
  • 1 of roll refrigerated pizza crust or prepare your own traditionally or using a bread maker
  • 1&1/2 cups of your own pizza sauce or good quality jarred sauce from grocery store
  • 4 oz. grated Gruyère
  • 4 oz. grated Comté
  • 2 oz. grated Mimolette
  • 2 oz. goat's cheese, crumbled
  • 3 oz. grated Parmesan
  • 2 oz freshly chopped or dried oregano
  • *Italian*

  • 1 of roll refrigerated pizza crust or prepare your own traditionally or using a bread maker
  • 1&1/2 cups of your own pizza sauce or good quality jarred sauce from grocery store
  • 4 oz. grated Mozzarella
  • 4 oz. grated Romano
  • 2 oz. grated Asiago
  • 2 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3 oz. grated Parmesan
  • 2 oz freshly chopped or dried oregano

Directions
  1. Choose your nationality.
  2. Prepare your pizza crust using your chosen method.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, roughly blend the cheeses together.
  5. Spread these evenly across the surface
  6. Add the oregano.
  7. Cook for in the oven or in a suitable grill for 20-30 minutes depending on how your pizza crust was prepared (Store bought crusts usually demand less cooking time)
  8. Temperatures vary, but 200 F is the norm
  9. Serve with a simple salad to complete or however you wish to set this meal off in a way you know your family likes it.
