- 1 of roll refrigerated pizza crust or prepare your own traditionally or using a bread maker shopping list
- 1&1/2 cups of your own pizza sauce or good quality jarred sauce from grocery store shopping list
- 4 oz. grated Gruyère shopping list
- 4 oz. grated Comté shopping list
- 2 oz. grated Mimolette shopping list
- 2 oz. goat's cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 3 oz. grated Parmesan shopping list
- 2 oz freshly chopped or dried oregano shopping list

- ------------ shopping list

- 1&1/2 cups of your own pizza sauce or good quality jarred sauce from grocery store shopping list
- 4 oz. grated Mozzarella shopping list
- 4 oz. grated Romano shopping list
- 2 oz. grated Asiago shopping list
- 2 oz. goat cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 3 oz. grated Parmesan shopping list
- 2 oz freshly chopped or dried oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Choose your nationality.
- Prepare your pizza crust using your chosen method.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly.
- In a separate mixing bowl, roughly blend the cheeses together.
- Spread these evenly across the surface
- Add the oregano.
- Cook for in the oven or in a suitable grill for 20-30 minutes depending on how your pizza crust was prepared (Store bought crusts usually demand less cooking time)
- Temperatures vary, but 200 F is the norm
- Serve with a simple salad to complete or however you wish to set this meal off in a way you know your family likes it.
