How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar and beer. Spoon into greased muffin pan - about half-full. Melt one stick of butter, drizzle on top of biscuit dough in pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool a minute before removing from pan.

    I haven't tried to freeze them, simply because one batch is gone before I know it around here! Plus, they're so simple to make, I haven't had a need to. I would imagine that they could be if they're tightly sealed, though.
