- 2 slices fruit bread (NOT spiceD) one with apricots and sultanas works well. shopping list
- cheese, sliced ( i like a strong sharp cheddar, but whatever you like) shopping list
- natural yoghurt OR cream cheese. shopping list
How to make it
- Top one slice of fruit bread with sliced chez.
- Spread the other slice with yoghurt/cream cheese.
- SAMMICH THEM TOGETHER
- i'm gonna go make me another one now.

Hey, why didn't I think of that! Great idea! I will keep these ingredients on hand always. This would be a great pre-workout snack.
