Blueberry Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teasppn vanilla
  • 1 jar (10 oz.) blueberry jam or preserves
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees
  2. Mix butter and graham crumbs in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  3. Press firmly onto bottom of pan.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Brush with egg whites and bake. 5 to 10 Mins.
  6. Bake 30 minutes, or until slightly puffed.
  7. Cool completely in pan.
  8. Cut into 24 bars to serve.
  9. Store any leftover bars in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days. Also you can freeze up to a month.
