Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 4 large chicken breast (boneless)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8ounce) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 dash of accent(optional)
  • 1 dash of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of chopped roasted nuts(optional)
  • 1 sprig of parsely
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions
  1. bring water to a boil cook chicken until done, and tender; chop in small pieces put in large container; add the remaining ingredients
  2. mix well served chilled . Goes great with ritz crackers or fat free crackers; unsalted tops.
