Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Orange Marmalade
  • 2/3 Cup Shortening
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Pecans,chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins

Directions
  1. Cream marmalade and shortening in large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat in egg.
  3. Mix in flour,baking soda,and salt.
  4. Stir in pecans and raisins.
  5. Drop dough by teaspoonsful,about 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees until golden about 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Make about 6 dozen cookies
