This marinade can be used with any kind of pork. I used it on pork tenderloin and grilled it..........YUM

Ingredients
  • 1 8oz can sliced pineapple (reserve pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce ( can use reduced-sodium)
  • 3 Tbls lemon juice
  • 2 Tbls brown sugar
  • 1 tsp or so of hot pepper sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Directions
  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, hot sauce garlic and pineapple juice; add pork seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours best overnight.
  2. I grilled my pork. I sprinkled the pineapple with cinnamon and sugar and grilled them also!! YUM!
