Pineapple Pork Recipe

Ingredients

1 8oz can sliced pineapple (reserve pineapple)

1/2 cup soy sauce ( can use reduced-sodium)

3 Tbls lemon juice

2 Tbls brown sugar

1 tsp or so of hot pepper sauce

2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, hot sauce garlic and pineapple juice; add pork seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours best overnight.

I grilled my pork. I sprinkled the pineapple with cinnamon and sugar and grilled them also!! YUM!
