Easy and delicious blueberry snack cake.

Ingredients
  • 2/3c sugar
  • 1 egg,beaten
  • 11/2 flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/3c milk
  • 3Tbs corn oil
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1c blueberries

Directions
  1. Beat sugar into egg. Mix flour,baking powder,salt. Mix milk,oil,vanilla. add alternately with flour mixture to egg mixture.
  2. Fold in berries. Bake in a 8x8x2" pan in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
