Blueberry Cake

Easy and delicious blueberry snack cake.
Ingredients
- 2/3c sugar shopping list
- 1 egg,beaten shopping list
- 11/2 flour shopping list
- 2tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3c milk shopping list
- 3Tbs corn oil shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1c blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Beat sugar into egg. Mix flour,baking powder,salt. Mix milk,oil,vanilla. add alternately with flour mixture to egg mixture.
- Fold in berries. Bake in a 8x8x2" pan in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
