this recipe makes 1 loaf of bread... I have not made this one but it sounded good and easy to make. the recipe is from the National honey board.

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 2-1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped green onion tops
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup Bloody Mary mix (or spicy tomato juice)
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  1. Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed. Select "NORMAL" program. Press "START."
  2. Tips
  3. The subtle flavor of this bread makes it a perfect accompaniment for beef stew or vegetable soup.
