Don't know about you but I LOVE chilled soups! We have a fine dining establishment close to our home that serves the most divine fruit soups I have ever tasted. This particular soup uses my favorite summertime treat.. watermelon!

Ingredients
  • 6 pounds watermelon, in chunks
  • 1 pint strawberries, hull and halved
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or less)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Mint sprigs

Directions
  1. Puree fruits, 3 cups at a time, in food processor.
  2. Pour into bowl.
  3. Stir in sugar, sour cream and milk.
  4. Chill for several hours.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
