Mint Chcoalte Chip Cookies- Im Awesome
From hahadumb 16 years agoIngredients
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-sweet chocolate Morsels shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 375 DEGREES F
- start with the butter(or crisco) with the sugar and mix until well-blended. once done with that, add everything except for the flour and 'chips.
- if you want fluffy cookies use a blender, if you want chewy cookies mix with a fork, by hand, not that hard.
- the next step is to add the flour a little at a time, you don't want to whip it out of the bowl, or get tired mixing.
- lastly add the chocolate chips and fold them in.
- if you haven't preheated the oven, you're one poor sucker. roll the cookies into balls as big as you want, and put into the oven for ten minutes only. don't go over that time or they'll be over-cooked.
