Veggie Dill Dip Recipe
This low-calorie creamy dill dip is great for those times your watching your weight, but don't let it fool you. It's good enough to serve anytime.

Ingredients
  • 1 carton (16 oz) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 TBP. skim milk
  • 3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 TBP. dried minced onion
  • 1 TBP. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions
  1. In a blender, blend cottage cheese and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill overnight and serve with fresh vegetables.
  4. Yields 2 1/2 cups dip
  5. 2 tablespoons = 24 calories, 233 mg. sodium, 1 mg. cholesterol,
  6. 2 gm. carbohydrate, 3 gm. protein, only a trace of fat.
