Peach Canteloupe Soup

- 1 canteloupe, 1" dice shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 2 peaches, peeled and in 1" dice shopping list
- 1/4 cup light rum shopping list
How to make it
- Puree together the canteloupe and orange juice in food processor.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Puree together the peaches and the rum.
- Combine the two purees in the serving bowl.
- Stir well.
- Serve at room temperature OR chilled.
