Ingredients
  • 12 ounces smoked ham steak cubed
  • 2 seedless oranges sectioned
  • 8 ounces juice packed pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
  • 1 unpeeled red apple cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions
  1. Thread skewers alternating ham and fruits.
  2. Combine pineapple juice with lemon juice and mustard and turn skewers in the mixture.
  3. Broil or barbecue the skewers turning twice for 6 minutes or until apple chunks are tender but not soft.
  4. Baste with pineapple juice mixture.
