How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Combine all tartlet shell ingredients and mix well.
  • Divide tartlet shell mixture and press into mini-muffin cups.
  • Heat ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Mix together beef, taco mix and water.
  • Place a spoonful of filling mixture in each shell, mounding slightly.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Gently remove tartlets from muffin cups with the tip of a knife. Serve hot.
