Taco Tartlets

- TARTLET SHELLS shopping list
- Cream, sour quart 1/4 shopping list
- Sauce, taco tablespoon 2 shopping list
- olives, black, canned, chopped oz 2 shopping list
- Snacks, tortilla chips, plain -- coarsely crunched (or corn chips) cup 3/4 shopping list
- TARTLET FILLING shopping list
- beef, ground, regular, (approximately 27% fat), raw lb 1 shopping list
- seasoning, Taco tablespoon 2 shopping list
- water tablespoon 1 shopping list
- cheese, cheddar, grated/shredded cup 1 shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Combine all tartlet shell ingredients and mix well.
- Divide tartlet shell mixture and press into mini-muffin cups.
- Heat ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Mix together beef, taco mix and water.
- Place a spoonful of filling mixture in each shell, mounding slightly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake 7 to 8 minutes.
- Gently remove tartlets from muffin cups with the tip of a knife. Serve hot.
