Another pretty and tasty cookie especially pretty on the holiday cookie trays. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 ounce package lime gelatin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 then cream together butter, sugar, gelatin, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. Add dry ingredients then mix well.
  3. Roll into little balls and roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Flatten with fork or bottom of glass then bake 8 minutes.
